Shipping and Returns
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail services, and dispatched within three working days of purchase.
UK second class postage is free! If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please add items to cart and select your desired shipping method.
Delivery estimates are 1-2 days for first class and 3-5 for second, but please allow processing time and account for extra delays due to COVID-19.
We ship to anywhere on planet earth! 🌎 (Sorry alien littles from outer space!) Your total is dependent on item weight, destination and shipping method. Add items to your cart and select check out to see your options. International tracked and signed is unavailable to a small amount of destinations, in which case your order will be upgraded to international tracked/international signed depending on what is available, at no extra cost.
Delivery estimate for international orders is around 1-2 weeks, but please allow processing time and account for extra delays due to COVID-19. It is not unusual for delivery to take up to 6 weeks to international destinations. Customer is responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred on import.
Due to brexit, items may encounter extra delays and incur VAT charges that they didn't previously. The customer is responsible for paying these charges, and your item may be held by your postal carrier if they are not paid. Please be aware that this VAT is applied on delivery before you make your purchase, and take cost into account when you order. Check your country's import regulations to find out whether the value of your order will incur charges.
Here at Dinkie's Den it's important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we are happy to refund you if the item is returned to us unopened in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, at the buyers cost. Please check the size charts before you make your purchase, as due to the personal nature of the products we cannot accept returns for garments that have been opened and tried on.
Please be very careful when you input your address, as we are unable to change the course of your delivery once we have shipped it. If your package gets returned to us due to incorrect address, you can choose to either cancel your order (only purchase price will be refunded, not the initial shipping cost) or pay an invoice to cover the cost of your order being reshipped.
